Location-Specific Redemption: This Gift Card is location-specific and must be redeemed at the exact physical location where it was purchased. For online purchases, the gift card must be redeemed at the specific studio location selected during the online checkout process; it cannot be transferred or applied to any other location.
This certificate may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Artiris at the prevailing price at the time of redemption.
Gift cards must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to redemption.
Redeemable only at Artiris for services currently offered, valued at the current selling price.
Present this certificate at Artiris upon arrival to redeem goods or services up to the printed value.

3. Non-Refundable

This Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Once purchased, this certificate is non-refundable and has no cash value.
The value of this certificate will not be reimbursed if unused; please select your purchase carefully.
All sales of gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of this gift card’s value.

4. Non-Transferable

This Gift Card is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued.
Transfer or resale of this certificate is strictly prohibited.
Ownership of this voucher is restricted to the purchaser/designated recipient and cannot be transferred to another party post-purchase.

5. Lost or Stolen Certificates

Artiris is not liable for certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Replacement of lost or stolen certificates is not possible.
Safeguard this gift card as you would cash; it cannot be replaced if mislaid or stolen.

6. Remaining Balance

Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift card, the remaining balance must be settled using an accepted alternative payment method.
No cash back will be provided if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card.

7. Exclusions

This certificate cannot be applied toward the purchase of additional gift cards.

8. Cancellation & Revocation

Artiris reserves the right to cancel this certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Artiris reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card obtained fraudulently or improperly.
We reserve the right to cancel this certificate for misuse or violation of these terms.
Certificates may be voided if alterations, duplications, or unauthorized endorsements are detected.
In the event of a permanent location closure or business transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation in accordance with applicable state regulations.

9. Modification of Terms

Artiris reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior individual notice.
The most current version of these terms is maintained and published on our website and takes immediate effect upon posting.
Continued retention or use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of any posted adjustments or revisions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All matters, disputes, or claims related to this Gift Card will be exclusively governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this certificate shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

12. Not Redeemable for Cash

This Gift Card holds no independent cash value and cannot be converted into cash, check, or account credit, in whole or in part.

Cash will not be dispersed as change for transactions utilizing this Gift Card.

13. Minimum Purchase Requirement

Redemption of this Gift Card requires a minimum total transaction amount of $75 before taxes.

14. Taxes and Applicable Fees

Any applicable state or local sales taxes and service fees must be covered by the redeemer at the time of transaction.
